Have the Funeral: God's Plan for Your Past
In this interactive study we will explore the process of forgiveness -- from the biblical definition all the way to the official burial of our unforgiveness and life thereafter. We will explore the nuances of forgiveness, common rationalizations of unforgiveness, and the fallout of failing or refusing to forgive. We will also uncover how to move forward to live a God-honoring life of integrity in the spirit of forgiveness.
There will be weekly video segments combined with exploration of relevant Bible passages and time for discussion and application. A weekly take-away will provide a question to ponder between group meetings and help connect the topic with God and with your heart.
Come join us in this liberating study!

Living Out Your Life of Faith in Community
This ABF discussion group will read
The Skrewtape Letters by C.S. Lewis. The Scripture focus is based upon 1Peter 5:8-9.
The content provides opportunities to consider moral questions about good vs. evil, temptation, repentance, and grace. Through conversation about the work of Satan in a believer's life participants emerge with a better understanding of what it means to live a faithful life.
The life skills needed to live in a community include critical thinking, active listening, communication and leadership through respectful engaged conversation. The group size is limited to 8 participants during this first initiative as those attending should be willing to converse freely and actively listen to others.

Managing our Natural Resources
Luke 16:10 tells us that only as we prove ourselves faithful with a little, will God entrust us potentially with a lot -- and that applies to
all of life. Come learn with us what the Biblical design is for managing our "natural resources" - our time, talent, and treasure. We even plan on doing a fun but revealing assessment of what spiritual gifts are!

What Do I Know?
We have the ability to find out must about anything we need to know. We can wiki it, Google it, ask Jeeves, or...there' an app for that! With so much out there perhaps some of the most important information is neglected. This study will look at some of the places in Scripture where God tells us to know something. Perhaps, in an age where we can always look it up, there are some things we actually need to know.
