What is Collegiate membership?

A provisional membership that allows you, as a college student living in a dorm, to maintain membership at your home church while worshiping, growing, and serving at Summit during your college years.

If you are a new student, please read the church covenant and fill out the entire form.
For returning students, please fill out the form to the first line break and also complete the last two sections.
